Smuggler

Today, while researching for my term paper, I learned that while I was in Beijing, Blogger and Blogspot (this blog hosting service) were blocked by the government (and still are to this day). Interestingly, I was able to get my posting through, granted it took me a lot of workarounds of censorship, etc.

I remember I had to send posts through my phone, to my email, where they went through flickr, and then to Blogspot. It's kind of cool to be doing things like that 'underground'.
